The Stress Reset Session

The Stress Reset Session is a 1:1 consultation designed for women who are ready to stop normalizing stress and start living with more energy, clarity, and calm. If you’ve been battling cravings, poor sleep, mood swings, or constant overwhelm, this session will help you uncover the root causes and create a plan that feels both personalized and doable.

 

During our 60–90 minutes together, we’ll:

• Review your intake form to understand your nutrition, stress patterns, sleep, and lifestyle.

• Identify the key stress triggers that may be disrupting your energy, hormones, and well-being.

• Create a personalized action plan with 3–5 realistic steps you can start immediately — including nutrition strategies, yoga or breathwork practices, and mindset tools.

• Explore how nervous system regulation can transform the way your body handles stress, cravings, and fatigue.

 

You’ll also receive a follow-up recap with your personalized Stress Reset Plan (PDF), resources tailored to your needs, and recommendations for ongoing support if you’d like to continue working together.

 

This consultation is more than advice — it’s the first step in retraining your body and mind to move out of survival mode and into thriving.
