Join the HealYou community for 30 days of intentional walking designed to reset stress, boost energy, and create daily moments of calm. This challenge takes place on the Pacer App, where you can track your steps, connect with other women in the community, and stay motivated every day.

  • Walk Anywhere, Anytime → Set your own pace and schedule — whether it’s a morning walk, mid-day reset, or evening stroll.

  • Track in the Pacer App → Log your steps, see your progress, and cheer on other participants.

  • Be Part of a Community → Walk alongside women who are also committed to reducing stress and building resilience.
